SVEZA Deck 350 comes with 25, 50, and 100 mm grid patterns. These types of lines simplify plywood marking and cutting, as well as rebar placement. UPG birch plywood is a high-quality construction material made from 1.5mm birch veneer, as well as 1.15 and 1.9mm for special products.

It has high strength and durability, can be easily processed, and excellently matches the finishing materials. It keeps its properties in a wide temperature range - from -40 to + 50 °C.

We produce plywood of two glue types - MR and WBP. The urea-formaldehyde glue is used in the production of the MR plywood and the phenol-formaldehyde glue in the production of the WBP plywood. The MR plywood edges are lighter in color than the edge of the WBP plywood.

Plywood grades:

We use four grades of birch veneer to produce UPG plywood: B, S (I), BB (II), CP (III), and C (IV).

The plywood grades are formed from the veneer grades used in the outer layers - on the front and backside. For example, plywood with grade B veneer on the front and grade BB veneer on the back side are designated B/BB - the highest grade is specified first.

H20 BEAM is made from the water-resistant veneer FSF 24-27 mm of the leading manufacturers of Russia.

Whole timber (class BTS-1) – pine, fir of the 1st and 2nd class according to the GOST 8486. (class BK-2) – one bar in the product has a finger joint along the length according to GOST 19414-90.

The glue "KLEIBERIT 303.2" (Germany), corresponding to class D3 of European standards EN 204/205.

The impregnation-wood preservative. The coating is weather-resistance, possesses powerful preservative activity. The sustainability of a coating is till 5 years (components BASF Germany, ACIMA Switzerland).

A chamfer and hardening of ends - maximum prolongation of life cycle of a beam: protection of beam bars from chamfers at slope during installation and dismantling when the slivered chipwood makes it impossible to use the beam in the further process of building, protection of beam end from impact of moisture and an ultraviolet while storing.

The cover plate is made of polyethylene (hardness at minus 60-70оС). It is pressed and fixed by concealed zinc-coated cramps. A thickness of a protective part is 5 mm.
